ShaggyxWhat do we do when we fall? We get up, dust ourselves off and start walking in the right direction again. Perhaps when we fall, it is easy to forget there are people along the way who help us stand and walk with us as we get back on track.0 -

11 for me now; it's been relatively easy so far this month. I guess that will change at some point (and it's a dangerous thing to think). I've just been throwing myself into work and ignoring any cravings!
For me, Sept and Oct are usually good for AFDs. It all starts getting a bit more difficult in November and Decemberand then easier again in Jan/Feb (phew!)

Hi all
Completely overdid it on Saturday and felt dreadful on Sunday - while I think I am coping well with not drinking during the week (mostly) still find friday and saturday a struggle. Never mind, onwards and upwards - and with an AFD yesterday and today (no booze in and the gale force winds will definitely stop me going out again!) I can report 7/20 AFD so far :jAs of 10 July: Debts:CC1:22.4% - £2900; CC2:0%- £3700; O/D - £1700; 0% 24 month credit purchase - £[STRIKE]1176[/STRIKE] - £0!OU loan: £[STRIKE]1305[/STRIKE] - 984.81

Like you, stitchintime, I find it really hard at weekends. I am finding though that the memory of how yuk it is to be hungover stops me overindulging (most of the time:o). You have a good score for September so far:T so just stick at it. I'm going to find it hard to reach 10 this month (holiday coming up) but at least I feel comforted that some of my drinking days have been very moderate ones.0
