Well done to everyone - lots of lovely AF'ness around!

Hard here tonight as really feel like a glass of wine - took Piglet swimming earlier and he cut his foot in the pool! Blood everywhere but turned out to be a little cut thank God. Not a good half hour for me ...but the little devil seems fine now!!!:o

Just popping in quickly - 2 for the SNC please! I've really pulled a muscle in my thigh an can barely walk at the moment - lots of ice pack and ibuprofen.

Just realised I can't go to the Clydesdale Bank 40 over final at Lords this Saturday. It's cost me £85 for the tickets, so I'm gutted. Enough for wine? Certainly. But I'm just stewing in my guttedness. Will be AF tonight!

6 for me please Shaggy. Hoping for a good result at fat club tomorrow night, I feel slimmer and was close (ish) to my points for the first time for ages. Woke up at 5.30 this morning worrying about work so hoping for a good night's sleep tonight. Also hoping I wake up and go for a jog in the morning as I'm not sure I'll be strong enough to go in the evening; better to go first thing I think.

Morning chaps. Am on 11 thanks Shaggy. Got to train a load of new people today which I really dread doing. Dutch courage not an option. Does anybody have any hot tips on presenting when you're cripplingly shy? I haven't practised of course, but have a crib sheet of what I'm supposed to be covering.
