Not AF this weekend but everything in moderation.

I'm rubbish with the advice stuff etc but

Hugs Mrs R, do what feels right for you and the little one x You know yourself how much you can put up with x

Hugs YM, keep strong and clear headed but don't block out the scared feeling or it will come back and bite later on.

Hope everyone got through the weekend ok x

We are all ok here and I haven't gone grey through the school holidays yet. Looking forward to our hols next week :)
This time I haven't smoked since 6th Jan 2014 and still going ok.
    Fingers crossed x

What do we do when we fall? We get up, dust ourselves off and start walking in the right direction again. Perhaps when we fall, it is easy to forget there are people along the way who help us stand and walk with us as we get back on track.

Hello, I'm finally back from our summer wanderings - the house has been renovated and it's still a bit of a building site so we're skulling in a couple of rooms for the time being.
The hols were great but not at all AF, in fact I've probably drunk every day more or less in July and August. So now it's time for the big drying out for me!

I've skimmed the past few pages and it's great to 'see' so many old and new faces and read everyone's stories and wise words. I'm glad to be back!
    Trying to keep in budget.

    Morning all,

Had a really great time last night and glad to report an AF please Shaggy as I stuck to cranberry juice.

YM- Really sorry to hear about your stepdad. My mum started Chemo last week too and its a really difficult time for everyone involved. My thoughts are with you and your family and I really hope he is responding well to his treatment. I found sharing on here was a big help !! Big hugs :grouphug: and take care xxx

MrsR- Sorry MR r is still not seeing sense! Spending a few nights at your mums sounds a really good idea xx

Mackeroo - Enjoy your week xx

Pricey, Gien, AnnieG- Nice to have you all back xxx

    bearacus x

Me too - I'm normally very strict about being AF during the week, but was very lax on holiday. Glad I set my self a very low target for this month! :o

Looking into prices of second hand mobile homes in France now - this idea will probably fade away soon with my tan ... ;)

hi danielly - The School night challenge is run every week Mon to Thurs - You can pledge all 4 days (full monty) or 3, 2 , and 1 night special. Do you want me to put you down for 4 this week ?

Shaggy runs the monthly challenge so you can pledge as many AF days as you think you will do in the remainder of August or go target free its up to you :)

Good luck on your Afness bearacus x
