I'm hoping to use weekday non-drinking idea (that a few of my peers preach) as a catalyst.
I do the 'no drinking on a school night' thing and I don't even go to school any more;) With practice, it works. Good luck and keep posting.mollypolly wrote: »Woo Hoo.........................See my signature.

another friday night spent talking shi** over a few glasses, which could have been spent more productively, or sober at least! I am a tad bored of this behaviour.

Enjoy the sun.
ShaggyxWhat do we do when we fall? We get up, dust ourselves off and start walking in the right direction again. Perhaps when we fall, it is easy to forget there are people along the way who help us stand and walk with us as we get back on track.0 -

In the last few years of my drinking I remember being bored with it, bored with the people around me and just bored with life in general. Yet I couldn’t change my behaviour and I seemed to be stuck in a loop repeating the same actions over and over again. It was only when I got help, changed myself and the way I was thinking that I managed to break out of the loop. Any other methods to control drinking failed for me until I changed myself and removed the need to drink.0
