Back from my holidays. Not AF but definitely moderate compared with past experiences. Haven't had time to read back through posts while I've been away but will catch up soon. Back on the wagon on Moday and hoping to just about meet this month'd target.
If there's a SNC, please put me down for 4.What do we do when we fall? We get up, dust ourselves off and start walking in the right direction again. Perhaps when we fall, it is easy to forget there are people along the way who help us stand and walk with us as we get back on track.0 -

18 for me, please, Shaggy.
Not done very well this weekend, unlike last weekend. Did a very long return university trip with DD2 on Friday, and decided to 'treat' myself when we got back with a few glasses of wine - felt appalling yesterday, body isn't used to it. Then had a few last night too, so tired today.
Back on the wagon again now though.
Welcome back holiday-makers!0 -

Bearacus - So pleased to hear your mum is doing well. Keep us all updated on her progress.
I'd like to say that I am putting my feet up and getting plenty of rest but i've got far too much to do in the next couple of weeks. So I'm hoping that Little Bean won't make an early appearence and i'll at least have the final to weeks to be able to rest.
Have a happy and sunny sunday all!!

Morning all, and what a beautiful morning it is too! Mrs R glad to hear you are resting and it seems to be quiet on the Mr R front.
Whilst having a quiet moment, I realised I am nearing my first 90 days of not drinking. Wondering what to do to celebrate? When I stopped smoking I wanted to reward my effort by doing a stand up comedy course, or a bungee jump, but did neither. I think my increased health was reward enough.
I shall ponder some more.
enjoy your sunny Sunday everyone.
stay well

Its rained all day up here in scotlandshire, boo hoo, please send me the sun up here for a wee while, we arent greedy just a couple of days would be nice and then i'll arrange for you to have the sun back, i promise! It’s not what you have in your life but who you have in your life that counts0 -
Hi Shaggy-I can only claim 7 afds so far this month not eleven so need it altering unfortunately-wish it was 11 though! Well done darwins mum on 90 days af-that's brilliant. Welcome back everyone from holiday. I was af all weekend which is unusual for me-drank ginger beer while dh drank a bottle of red on Friday and went to a race night last night and drank tapwater! Def af tonight despite dh having red wine right next to me-he seems to be continuing his hols drinking-hope he stops soon! I'm so unhappy with my weight at the moment that i'm finding it quite easy to resist as I've got 17.5 pounds to lose and i feel awful as i'm 5'1-and today my thighs were chafing in the heat when we went for a walk. How gross is that-yeuch! it was good this morning to have gone to a social function and not having to worry that i'd repeated myself and slurred to people!HSBC Visa-High interest-£2349.23 Nat West £2605.18
