    Morning All

AF again last night so thats 12 AFD's pleased Shaggy and 3 for the SNC please Mackeroo

Gien - I feel great about being AF but I can't say that I'm thinking any clearer or sharper - I'm dieting hard to lose a few pounds before my holiday next month and think I'm eating too little...I've absolutely no energy at the moment :(. It's great that you're finding studying is easier...that has to be incentive in itself to keep AF :)

Hope you all have a great day x

    evening all, and welcome sezegg.
Another Af day to report here so that's now 4 for the SNC please mackeroo.
I'm going to try and cut back on a few calories - I am way too tempted by the snack cupboard!

14 please Shaggy and 3 for SNC please Mackeroo. Had a drink last night. I guess 2 nights at the pub was too much in the way of temptation for me.
