Morning All

AF again last night so thats 12 AFD's pleased Shaggy and 3 for the SNC please Mackeroo

Gien - I feel great about being AF but I can't say that I'm thinking any clearer or sharper - I'm dieting hard to lose a few pounds before my holiday next month and think I'm eating too little...I've absolutely no energy at the moment . It's great that you're finding studying is easier...that has to be incentive in itself to keep AF

DD1 gone to Glastonbury today - I wish I was going, I love camping!! One day it will be my turn. Meanwhile, I made her a packed lunch and dropped her off at the train station!!! :rotfl:

Hi everyone Lots of AF's being reported!

3af's for the Monty Challenge please

No major problems with achieving this so far. BUT.......today is another story. No work, no after school activities for the kids and a shopping trip!!!! Will try and avoid the dreaded aisle.

Need to be full of beans for my trip to Glasgow tomorrow

I'm going to try and cut back on a few calories - I am way too tempted by the snack cupboard!

Oh me too!! As I munch my way through a packet of peanut mm's On the plus side I've made it to 4af!

14 please Shaggy and 3 for SNC please Mackeroo. Had a drink last night. I guess 2 nights at the pub was too much in the way of temptation for me.
