Wow its incredibly quiet on here today hope everyone is well. I was off today went shopping 1st thing and then spent the rest of the day having a clear out of clothes that no longer fit. Ive got 3 more bags for charity, and out of interest i weighed them and they were all about a stone each which is what ive lost. Hard to believe that 6 months ago i was lugging about that extra weight.

Shaggy i think you may have missed my wee post last night re my Af days i was up to 9 last night and incl this eve im declaring it to be 10 AF. (Easy to miss as i attached it to the SNC challenge) Yay finally into double figures! Mentally, i think if i get Mon out of the way and manage to remain AF then it bodes well for the rest of the week. Im off work most Mondays so its easy to include mon in 'my weekend' and therefore giving myself another excuse to have a wee drinky. But not tonight :)
It’s not what you have in your life but who you have in your life that counts
  • Can I sign up for the Four Night Monty please Mackeroo :D
    Need to start again :o
  • So, I'm back. I'm sorry that I just seem to come in here when I need a shove up the backside :o

Tonight I am AF and plan to be Mon-Thurs. I'm off to the Take That concert on Friday, so might have a drink befor we go, not sure. But, am I allowed to be REALLY excited about the concert? I've never been to a big gig before and I just can't wait!!!!! :j

I've been feeling ridiculously tired lately and I'm putting that down to drinking too much. I feel in desperate need of a week of proper restful sleep. So let this be the first night :j

Checking in with the first day of the SNC ticked off, and I'm even early in bed! I have just 12 days until we go on holiday and I feel I should be panicking more as before we go I have two German exams and have to get the house ready for the builders to come in! Not drinking is making this whole process so much easier - I have so much more energy tham before.
    Trying to keep in budget.

    Hello All

Wow lot's of positive posts to start the new week :T

My weekend wasn't AF but I drink a lot less than I normally would, I feel like I am beginning to establish a bit of balance with it all now...no room for complacency but I do feel as if I'm more in control than I have been for a good many years.

Shaggy, sorry to be a pain but I seem to have lost a day too..I was on 9 AFD's on Friday and with tonight I've now notched up 10 AFD's please.

Mackeroo - glad to hear that this week has got off to a good start for you...I know what you mean about getting that first AF under your belt :). Are you running the SNC this week? If you are could you put me down for the full monty this week with 1 for the SNC tonight.

Hope everyone has a great week
    xx
