What do we do when we fall? We get up, dust ourselves off and start walking in the right direction again. Perhaps when we fall, it is easy to forget there are people along the way who help us stand and walk with us as we get back on track.

Oooops! I must have copied the wrong day at some point :o

PLEASE PLEASE SHOUT IF I HAVE YOUR DAYS WRONG!

Thanks Shaggy - and thank you to both you and Mackeroo for updating the scores on the doors every day - the lists are a huge motivator for me :)

Last night was a bit of a test, we had a family birthday to celebrate - takeaway, chocolate birthday cake, wine and beer.... somehow I managed to abstain from the lot...stuck to flavoured water and chicken salad (albeit begrudgingly :o)

So that puts me on 11 AFD'd please Shaggy and 2 for the SNC please Mackeroo

I know that feeling. I'm struggling a bit too. Especially as My OH is being a bit of a...tries to think of suitable word without swearing.....erm.....40 year old selfish teenager!

He would rather sit round playing stupid shooting games than interact with me and is not being overly helpful around the house. I have a full time job and he lost his job last year (made redundant) and has reverted back to being about 15!! Grrr - Ok rant over. Can I have a drink now? No I can't ...oh !!!!!!!!!! Also worked out the next 2 months are going to be tight moneywise!

I don't know what to do this weekend as we are going to a friend's childs christening followed by a party and have already being told I can get drunk, go on the bouncy castle with the kids, then have a kip for a few hours (what I did 5 years ago at their wedding)!!:o
I would like a sensible drink if offered, but also love my no drinking tally.

So my totals are:
21 days this month please Shaggy
43 days in a row

I feel your frustration kdenty! Sounds like he needs a kick up the bum.

checking in with another AF day from yesterday - just had a lot of tea instead and I will be AF tonight as well for sure as we have a scout thing and that's always AF.

So I'm going to ask for 2 more to add to June and the SNC please.

Feeling better and better about being AF - maybe it's my imagination but I really think that I'm thinking a bit better too - my studying seems to be easier. Any other none drinkers found this?
Trying to keep in budget.

evening all, we all seem to have been very quiet over the last few days, has the full moon affected us in some way?
I feel utterly drained. I had allergy jabs yesterday and am completely off kilter. Happy to report 22 AFD please Shaggy.
