OK so I'm feeling a bit confused. Probably the lemsip, confusing my body as it's not wine! I have another AFD today so that's 6/25 to report please Shaggy. Now it's the school night challenge that confuses me. It's Monday to Thursday isn't it? Mackeroo, I think I've completed 4/4 of the School NIght challenge too. Going for another one tomorrow so I'll get a 7 day smiley too, yippee.
General well dones to people who are clocking up the days - too tired to mention everyone but loads of people are doing well.
Maman, thanks for the wishes about work, I appreciate it as they were needed today. That's iron resolve you have sitting opposite your OH like that. Some days I can do it and other days I couldn't resist. And well done resisting the urge to celebrate, I'd use the opening of the garage door as excuse, only people would see through it as we don't have a garage.
Sumsup, hope you have a good week and feel less stressed again soon. Sleep well.
FUAS glad to hear the bells are only tinkling a little!
Maggiesoup I've not had the ringing buzzing you mention except after loud rock gigs - Manowar it was 3 days before it went. Don't recall anyone mentioning it on here as a side effect before, either. Is the word tinnitus?
Rachel well done on the diet and the AFness!
Good night everyone. I'm hoping tomorrow is AF too, I'm going to the Regents Park Open Air theatre to see Lord of the flies, which used to be a bottle or more of wine excuse. Maybe I'll even remember the play this time. It looks like we might get a bit damp and cold, so I might not go if the weather looks terrible and I'm still feeling rough.
Sleep well, sweet dreams.0 -

Thanks for the kind words wbf and sparkles, very much appreciated. I've always fancied the Regents Park theatre, probably the only place I wouldn't fall asleep during the play!:rotfl:Don't tell anyone on the OS board but we've actually had our heating on the last couple of evenings. Maybe it's the weightloss but I've been really cold, at least it makes hot cups of tea more appealing than wine. When the sun's out the Sauvignon Blanc calls me loudly.:o
maggisoop, I know you weakend but it doesn't sound too excessive so don't worry. The wagon will be waiting here on Sunday for you.
Well done for sticking with 7up and the diet Rachel, great will power.
I think the weekly SNC is a great idea, gives a good sense of acievement on the way to monthly targets. That being said, every AF day is an achevement in itself so well done everyone who's had an AF Thursday.:T
5AF for June please Shaggy
and my 3-night SNC completed please mackeroo.0 -
Morning :hello:
1 more SNC AFD please Mackeroo.
ShaggyxWhat do we do when we fall? We get up, dust ourselves off and start walking in the right direction again. Perhaps when we fall, it is easy to forget there are people along the way who help us stand and walk with us as we get back on track.0 -

I found this on Tinnitus....

and thisAvoid alcohol. Alcohol (as well as some medications) can cause or exacerbate ear ringing by increasing the blood flow near your ears. The sound of your blood flow can be heard as ringing. What do we do when we fall? We get up, dust ourselves off and start walking in the right direction again.
