One more SNC AFD for me please Mackeroo.
ShaggyxWhat do we do when we fall? We get up, dust ourselves off and start walking in the right direction again. Perhaps when we fall, it is easy to forget there are people along the way who help us stand and walk with us as we get back on track.0 -

Hi All!
And well done on all the AF-ness that is buzzing around this board :T
Thank you for all your kind words. MrR is struggling at the moment, but hasn't gone completely off the rails like I thought he would. Tuesday afternoon he walked to the shop. Within 5 minutes of him leaving home it started to pour with rain (he didn't have a coat or a brolly) and it got heavier on his way back. The same thing happened to him yesterday morning. And before I had a chance to say it he said; " that's dad telling me off for buying wine". His dad was always telling him to knock it on the head, and I think he might now.
Keep up the good work everyone!!

So the total for me is now 7 days for June and 2 for the SNC.
still feeling really good and full of energy, which is good as I have an absolute shed load of stuff to get done:eek:Trying to keep in budget.

A bell tingled tonight on the way home, not too sure why but not bothered at all as I sit here with a cup of tea in my hand.
AFD 9 for me

Still very fragile stage Mrs R. He'll be so glad to have you there by his side during this painful time.
After a v good start, the excitement of hearing "You're Fired" on the box was too much for me and I weakened, damn! Out for a nice lunch with friend today so one glass wine. Damn. Can't see the weekend being dry so I'll hang up my halo til Sunday.
Can I make a general enquiry...., when I've had a few I actually get ringing/buzzing in my head (or do I just notice it when it's quiet and I'm attempting to read in bed) has anyone else had this?0
