grey and raining here - yuck. Was out last night at a party and had one glass of bubbly stuff. So not AF but I limited myself and drank water and drove home.
So in total I'm on 6 AF days now.

Funnily enough I feel absolutely great but I'm not sure I can solely attribute it to being AF, but will continue not drinking and see where it gets me!

    Have a good day
    Trying to keep in budget.

I'm not one of them. I had one small glass of wine with a meal out which I'd planned. I've come on so far as previously I would have just come home and opened a bottle. Tonight I had a big mug of tea! Back on the wagon tomorrow.

    Well done Maman

Sorry I'm being really remote at the moment and not really tuning in on the thread but RL is being a tad stressful and my me time is a bit limited.

Mrs R, so sorry for your loss x

Well done to everyone with their AF'ness and massive hugs to all that need them, Pen x

Hope you manage all right at work wbf. If you're still at the Lemsip stage you don't sound very fit. Still could be worse things to drink!;)

I've definitely come a long way thanks to the thread but I still have my moments when bells ring loudly. I think doing SW is helping too as I have an added incentive not to drink too much. I was tempted tonight as my DD1 has put in an offer on a house and had it accepted:T I did congratulate her but will save the bubbly for when contracts are exchanged! Also my DH likes me to sit after dinner and chat but I sometimes find that difficult without a drink. It's not really because he's got a glass of wine and I haven't but not drinking makes me want to keep busy. Distraction I suppose.

4AF for June please Shaggy and
    2 for the SNC mackeroo.

Hello there, I've been offline with broadband problems for nearly 2 weeks ( but that also meant I didn't have to confess to falling off the wagon rather heavily........ !) I have only managed 3 AFD's so far in June please Shaggy. I'm feeling quite stressed at the moment, and trying hard not to rely on a glass or two to relax in the evening. Am aiming to be AF now for a week, am disappointed as I was doing so well.

Well done to everyone who has managed to stay AF

    Sumy x
