    Lala, congratulations:j

Darwin, hope you start feeling brighter soon. I try to tackle big ugly jobs by breaking them down into baby steps and try to creep slowly but surely through them. Try not to spread yourself too thin on to many tasks, choose one that will give you a boost. x

Hi can you put me down for 4 AFDs this week. Please can you tell me what SNC is? Thanks
    :p

Baileydog99- Welcome to the thread . As May2013 said I run a weekly challenge MON-Thurs (School night challenge) for people who dont want to drink in the week. Would you like me to add you for the 3 remaining nights ?? If so just let me know. Shaggy runs the monthly challenge where you can pledge how many AFs you would like to aim for and it really helps keep you on track :D HTH x Good luck x

Welcome baileydog99! 15 afds for me please shaggy and 1 for the snc please shaggy. Have had computer problems all day and have ended up in the office-annoying! Well done lala on your new job. Darwins-mum-you seem to me to have made so much progress this month-number 1 your alcohol freeness and also you have signed up for singing lessons, have been to see business advisors and you've been exercising so don't be so hard on yourself. You are doing brilliantly. I have a terrible ongoing battle with juggling the housework, work and two young kids who can wreak absolute destruction on my house in a couple of minutes-eg when my back was turned they filled the toy tea set with squash which resulted in a sticky toy kitchen, stains on the carpets and them for some bizarre reason stripping off all their clothes! I feel like every day is groundhog day sometimes and I used to use wine to relax in the evening to take me away from endless cleaning but not anymore as I've realised it doesnt help! have a great rest of the day everyonexx

I've two older ones here at the moment that would do exactly the same with a tea set (and they do know better)! You are right, it doesn't help when you feel a bit groggy and bloated from booze :)

Not doing too bad here, kept it to a couple glasses. But I aim to fit in another couple AF nights this week. My skin is looking so much better already since I've cut back - it is definitely giving me inspiration to stick to more AF'ness.

Hope everyone is getting on ok this week. Pen x
This time I haven't smoked since 6th Jan 2014 and still going ok.
    Fingers crossed x

Evening all! Huge congratulations Lala. Darwins_Mum, hope you are feeling more positive, you have made such a massive change in your life, and are inspiring others to be AF too. Welcome Baileydog99.

Shaggy I'm on 24 please, tomorrow is going to be v difficult as I have a group of friends coming over, may tell a little fib and say I am on antibiotics so don't get hassled to drink.
