Well done for 8 years alcohol free heath480-enjoy your afternoon tea-making me feel hungry at the thought! I wasn't alcohol free all weekend but drank moderately on Saturday and Sunday-so no self loathing here today-just determined to do the school night challenge again. If I complete it I will be 18 days alcohol free which will break my record on here! Can you put me down for 4 days for the SNC please Bearacus.

Bearacus, hope the 'death gripping' is a painless as it can be..lol :). Could you put me down for 4 days for the SNC please. I'm not intending to drink tonight but the bells are ringing really loudly so I won't declare until the morning if that's ok. :o

    Hi Everyone
Just a quick post before heading off to bed.
    10 AF please Shaggy
Been away for the weekend and came home in the middle of a horrendous storm, its mad, many friends been stranded getting home, roofs being ripped off, trees fallen blocking roads, so have sent most of the day indoors although had to go out and tie down our fences in case they flew away!
    Hope everyone well.
Back to work tmro, want to refocus on being Af and healthy eating, both have 'stalled' a bit in May which i kind of predicted due to all the social events we've had on, however this weekend is a free one so hoping to try and be AF, we'll see

Morning all, been feeling a bit flat at the moment, must remember to be a tad more grateful and count my blessings. Still af, 24 days for May I suspect that the original issues that I used to blot out with alcohol are rearing their ugly heads again. Not sleeping well which is a pain.
Mackeroo, I hope you survive the storm.
Heath 480 jolly good show, how proud of yourself you must be.
Lala - any news on the job?
have a great day y'all and keep on with the challenges

What do we do when we fall? We get up, dust ourselves off and start walking in the right direction again. Perhaps when we fall, it is easy to forget there are people along the way who help us stand and walk with us as we get back on track.
