Evening everyone, well i've notched up an AFD 1 and SNC 1 - yippee. It wasn't too hard and i made sure i ate tea with the kids as that can be my downfall. If i wait until theyve gone to bed and eat with OH mid evening, i tend to drink to fill me up.

Now i'm planning an early night as last night is really starting to catch up with me.

Thanks for spurring me on guys. I also enjoyed an elderflower fizzy drink which was a lovely substitue.

Hope everyone else has had a good day too.

I've now managed 16 days alcohol free.

I'm feeling good. It's true your skin, brain, digestion etc all does get better. No more foggy heads. My mood seems nicer too. :)

I'm off to bed now after another AF night, so that puts me on 13 AFD's please Shaggy and 3 for the SNC please Bearacus

What do we do when we fall? We get up, dust ourselves off and start walking in the right direction again. Perhaps when we fall, it is easy to forget there are people along the way who help us stand and walk with us as we get back on track.
