Evening everyone, well i've notched up an AFD 1 and SNC 1 - yippee. It wasn't too hard and i made sure i ate tea with the kids as that can be my downfall. If i wait until theyve gone to bed and eat with OH mid evening, i tend to drink to fill me up.
Now i'm planning an early night as last night is really starting to catch up with me.
Thanks for spurring me on guys. I also enjoyed an elderflower fizzy drink which was a lovely substitue.
Hope everyone else has had a good day too.Live for the moment and plan for the future0 -
Bearacus, please can you add me in thank you very much. AFD 1 and SNC 1Live for the moment and plan for the future0

I've now managed 16 days alcohol free.
I'm feeling good. It's true your skin, brain, digestion etc all does get better. No more foggy heads. My mood seems nicer too.0 -

Thanks Shaggy, It's been a long road and I'm not at the end of it yet but I'm getting there....and hopefully a little quicker now that I can put the money I'm saving on booze towards the debt...happy days
