D'bells D'bells we were and truly clanging up here in scotlandshire this eve, and almost gave in when preparing dinner but then decided if i wanted a glass after dinner then i would, but after dinner decided to have a cup of tea instead. Phew so declaring it another AF night by the skin of my teeth i think.
Well done for resisting :j

Another disappointing night in the Rainman household. When he said on monday evening "Maybe I should knock this on the head" I really wanted to believe him, especially as sunday had such an effect on other family members. Last night was 2 bottles of wine and a bottle of beer. Total of 21.5 units. And what's the recommended weekly allowence??!! Exactly:eek:
Time to be a bit more forceful I think
Happy Friday Eve everyone!!!

Good idea. I've been finding swimming and cycling alot more fun since I cut down, it all seems so much easier without feeling like cr*p. Fewer accidents aswell.
9 AF for me thanks Shaggy.

Hi all-bit later than normal as I have just started work-boooo! 9 AFD for me please Shaggy and 3 for the snc please Bearacus-have a lovely break. Last night I went to a meeting to represent the group I run and I had to resist when they brought out the wine-I had a glass of summer berry juice which was just as nice. i used the excuse that it would just send me to sleep as well! Mrs R sorry to hear about Mr R back to his normal ways again. At least he knows it is destructive behaviour now as he has spoken of wanting to knock it on the head. I've been good today and been to zumba but then went out for lunch with a friend and had a pavlova...no glass of wine for me though-just diet coke and a coffee.HSBC Visa-High interest-£2349.23 Nat West £2605.18

Barclaycard-1089.77
Marks and Spencer card- 3331.30 next 92.67
Total was 11066.29 now £10,968.150 -
