Will you continue to take your children to play there? Outside his house?

"I think the people attacking this post probably film young kids as well". I think more likely they are just taking a less alarmist viewpoint.

It honestly sounds to me like it is someone who has security concerns about their property. Maybe fed up of footballs hitting the fence/windows etc - especially if it is just 2 metres from the window to the park. The camera sounds like it is there as a deterrent. If they were filming for a more worrying purpose they would do it more sneakily, I would guess.

If the OP is really concerned they could mention it to the local community police officer. He will likely know if the householder has made complaints about trouble from the park in the past.

How do you know it's a man doing the filming?

Yes how do you know its a man. Have you been filming him with a zoom lens??

The last major !!!!! to be jailed for filming children was a WOMAN!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I bet you publish pics of your kids on facebook. Just think of all the friends of friends that can see them.

But I have my securitiy settings blocked.

Its a public place. Like when you go to tesco`s and get filmed from 300 different angle

there is no fence seperating the house and park, the windows have bars on to stop footballs hitting the glass - althought i have never seen anyone palying football in the park they play on the otherside in the football field.

yip, if we're going to let rampant paranoia run, I'm sure a few people posted pictures on facebook that their friend Vanessa Geroge was able to see, without a second thought.
I'm not bad at golf, I just get better value for money when I take more shots!
  • maybe one of the kids was his grandchild?

maybe someone asked him to film them?

maybe he s working on some kind of art project to keep himself busy?

maybe he likes watching the children play? whats wrong with that?
Lets remember the song from the rolling stones: as tears go by

and even if he was a Pedobear, I doubt he would get a kick out of watching children play. I hear they have other stuff on the internet for that...
