Tread carefully and consider legal advice. You say he will get nothing from the sale, but if he's trying to force a sale, it sounds like he's expecting a payout. At the very least, be clear with him that it's in your name, not his, and he won't be getting anything from the sale.

If his name is also on there, you may find that he's entitled to a share of the proceeds anyway.

Hi Vicxzy, just to say good luck and congrats on the baby, I hope everything is super on that front.

Your ex is horrid and the quicker you can get shot of him the better - let the new woman get a dose of her own medicine because if he's done it once no doubt he'll do it again - also if I was her and seeing the way he's treated you I would run a mile -it'll be her turn next.

As for the house I would suggest perhaps taking your money elsewhere as that agent seems poo!

Luckily we signed a legal document with our Solicitor when we bought the house to agree that any proceeds from the sale would be mine, I hope this will still stand x

Hi Vicxzy - when's the baby due? Hope everything is going alright and stupid ex is not winding you up too much - he's just jealous that's he just a bit part now and not the main focus in your life.

Thanks DF just under 4 weeks ish now got a scan next week as shes been having growth problems due to how ill I've been so should know more then, she may be brought on early or they may leave her to cook as long as poss x
