Hi Harleygirl, I'm in need of inspiration and motivation myself. And yes a stone in 7 weeks is doable provided you have real weight to lose and you're just a few pounds overweight. How's about you and I make a commitment to each other. I promise not to eat any chocolate tomorrow. What will you promise me for tomorrow? One day at a time, remember!0

That would be great Angela, my problem is I work from home and nipple a lot. I am not a big chocolate lover but love crisps, biscuits, scones and I really can't be bothered to cook for one person, then by the time dinner time comes i'm not hungry as I snacked all day. Then hungry around 9 o clock and eat crisps (((sigh))).
I think it is a good idea to motivate each other thoughJesus is alive!!!0 -
Ok Harleygirl, but you did'nt make me a promise for tomorrow. I'm sitting here tonight with chocolate biscuits and eclairs, but I'm not going to beat myself up after all the diet always starts on monday. So tomorrow I promise not to eat any chocolate. How's about you promise to eat only one bag of crisps? Or, just a thought, perhaps you could get in some popcorn kernals and have salted popcorn instead of crisps? Dont know about you but I definately dont want to eat any less so I'm trying hard to find low calorie alternatives, check this out http://nutrition.getfit.com/tips/fat-nutrition/crisps-and-snacks/. I'll be on again tomorrow night to check up on you0

Well, did really well today, ate nothing except a cherry scone. Reason being the blinking thing made me so ill, I didn't leave the bathroom all morning and slept the rest of the afternoon
feel awful.
Hopefully I might put some batteries into the Wii fit and do some exercises
How did you get on with the chocolate AngelaJesus is alive!!!0 -
Hi harleygirl, No expert but stay away from the slimming tablets. I know you will not like it but if you really want to lose weight do it sensibly. You need to eat especially if you are exercising too...........but not scones or crispsDave0

Oooooooh no Harleygirl, Tunnocks teacakes broke my resolve, damn those devil biscuits. But I'm away travelling all day tomorrow and I've planned my breakfast, packed lunch, afternoon cuppa and even planned to put a stew in the slow cooker for dinner. So I'm starting again tomorrow and at last I feel a wee bit more positive about it. I think the secret is planning ahead, because otherwise its just too easy to reach for the devil food! How'd you get on today?0

I need to weigh myself again, my work trousers are too big so that's a good sign. I'm doing my best to cut out junk and so far so good. Still haven't managed to get back into the gym though0

I love the gym but just can't afford it at the moment. So I have a bike and a rowing machine at home, so need to get on them and the Wii fit, its just hard trying to fit it in with everything else that happens during the day
Let us know how you got on Arkonite babe when you weigh yourselfJesus is alive!!!0
