I have the wii and it's currently gathering dust
TBH I prefer going to a class. No one looks at you at all honest! Oh and I'm totally unfit and I'm not bothered as I'm there to get fit
Have booked a lovely sauna session tomorrow for after my work out. Hopefully it will help clear my skin and ease the muscles after a good workout!0 -
Dragged the wii out last night and after it did the usual tests for wii fit plus I have apparently lost 7lbs since I last used it!!!
No idea how long ago that was though but its a bloomin good motivator0 -
Hey that's brilliant! Any tips?0

I have been getting more active, joined the gym, portion control and healthier food. Apart from that I can't really say how I managed it!!0

I've been cutting down since last October and have managed to get a stone and a half off. But now I've reached stalemate, can you help me? I need ideas for night time snacks, which previously would have been crisps and choc, or a cup of tea and a pancake. I'm sliding back into my old habits and need to pull back NOW. Any suggestions?0

Congrats on the stone and a half - ideally thats what I need to lose.
All I can say is fruit fruit and more fruit!!! I buy a bag of mandarin oranges or a bunch of grapes and I munch my way through them.
I went off all sweet stuff for lent (choc/crisps/sweets etc) but I'm not sure if it has led to any loss.
I think I've lost about 1-1.5lb per week in the last 8 weeks, but I'm doin a few classes a week also.

Haven't weighed myself since the last post, but a lot of my clothes seem looser. I will jump on the wii fit this week and see what it says !0

Thanks for reminding me about natures original fast food shea56, I went shooping and bought extra fruit today but, alas, I found some chocolate cookies I'd forgotten were in the cupboard and I succumed.
Heaven help me, I'm sure to put it all back on again! People rally round with sweet low calorie suggestions so that I can kick this chocolate habit into touch.0 -
