A quick check in. Another half lb down 9.10.8 lol. I stuck pretty well with my goals but am experimenting with eating different things thus a small loss. Still it's the right direction. How's everyone else doing?0

Hi, anybody interested in ressurecting this thread? I'm back at w.w's and could really do with help and advice.
My first hurdle, healthy desserts! I've such a sweet tooth and must have a little treat in the evenings. So far I've been trying fruit and sugar free jelly, which is fine but I need some more ideas
Any suggestions?0 -
Count me in! I'm on for a stone before Easter!!
My current healthy dessert is a square of 85% chocolate with peanut butter - not v low calorie but v filling0 -
Well, last April I purchased an ab-roller in a lidl sale for £10. Today I finally assembled it. And did 100 stomach crunches.
Then poured myself a glass of red wine to reward myself. Bit counterproductive!Mortgage = [STRIKE]£113,495 (May 2009)[/STRIKE] £67462.74 Jun 20190 -
Count me in. I need all the help I can get!0

I just cant get started
I'm still waiting for a lightening bolt to give me some willpower, lol. Anyway, will still weigh in on Mon and hope that no damage has been done.
Home cooking..... Thats my mantra for next week. Meal planning and home cooking, that should get me on the right road.0 -
By the way starting weight last Monday (12th January) was 11st 1 ((sigh)) - though it's been a good week and I've dropped below it again...
How's everyone else doing?0 -
Well weigh in and half pound on. OK, no worries start again. Home cooking and batch freezing. Off work tomorrow so meal planning for the week
This is gonna be a good week
Keeping positive.

3lb down this week
mind you the first week I always get a good loss. I'd love to be around 10 stone for easter but not going to put too much pressure on myself. 10 weeks to go and if I lose 1lb a week I'll be very happy.
Strategies:
Be accountable (we've set up a group at work and I've told hubby and family I'm doing this and need support!)
Eat high protein and high (good) fat, really watch the sugar intake
Exercise 5 times a week
Walk 12k steps a day
Journal every day about why I'm doing this
NO alcohol!!
(I believe in throwing the kitchen sink at weight loss though lol)0 -
