Went back to page 2 of this thread to find my post on this...

"You have to dial 441 apparently to activate the free net, found this out when a very nice lady who I could not understand, but if I tried to speak in chinese I bet she would stuggle to understand me, told me I had to but it is ok she will sort it."

I got to speak to the nice lady by ending an email from the customer services page of their website and they rang me back.

The web costs £1 a day without any package the free net is just one of their 6 months paid for packages (£20) which you do not pay for.

still awaiting my credit to go on, i tried downloading an ap via wifi but says something about phone not linked to google account? beyond me, do i have await credit to download me aps from android market?

Calling and texting that number does not work, but thank you very much for looking in to the matter!

I love this phone BUT you have to keep ringing TMobile for everything. I just rang them regarding the free internet access and they said that they will activate this and I'll receive a text message. The free internet is NOT automatically applied.

They also said that i will receive my free 100 minutes from tomorrow.

I had to ring up to get the credit applied.

Then I had to ring to get the free internet.

My phone won't link to my google account either. There are plenty of free apps if you click on the "market" app on your phone. These worked for me. Make sure you have your free internet first though. I did it by removing my sim card and connecting to my home router because I'm still awaiting the free internet.

I ended up emailing them last night to say where's my top up and internet and someone phoned me at 9.30 this morning. They applied the £10 top up straight away and told me to end the call, send a text to myself and then they would apply the free internet. I did that and got a text a couple of minutes later to say my free internet has been set up and I can begin using it straight away.

I like fiddling with gadgets generally, but I have to say this has been a tricky one.

I have the free internet too now. I am loving this phone. I've downloaded quite a few apps and I'm enjoying playing with them.

The sound has gone on my phone again. I've tried everything that people have posted above. It was working and suddenly went dead.

Hi All, I am having the same problem with downloading apps. it just says "downloading" but even after hours it still has not!

Any advise please?
