Just ordered a new one cheaper than signing up for another 6 months internet when current deal ends. Having said that was unable to get data connection yesterday and today while in London nor in Birmingham City centre today.I started with nothing and I am proud to say I still have most of it left.0

I ordered pink and later black as gifts. Pink was despatched and I received email about black asking me to contact them. When I did, I was told that my order was cancelled (? that thought it was duplication). When I gave them my CC info over phone, I was told that my card reached limit of transacations with tmobile and I cannot use it for another week (I only ordered these two phones). I ended up placing another order for the black phone online, using different card.

Phone delivered today. I can't find a stylus. I've switched it on and it did some "things" but no texts yet to say the phone is and talk time are activated. The lock button has come on and I can't work out how to unlock it. I think I'll put it back in the box and continue using two tin cans and a piece of string!0

The stylus should be in the base of the phone .You have to slide the unlock key0
