Their customer service is a nightmare i had a terrible time with them this last week. It wasn't until i emailed them using one of the directors name that i got a response from the UK thankfully...

The call centre didn't understand me and the Manager i then spoke to just couldn't get anything right and after 25mins said he still needed more time to review the case even though i had been with them less than a month :eek:...I gave up with this manager eventually as he started to be very rude, ignored me and i am sure to this day found fun by delibrately making false statements so as to wind me up...

Still trying to get it sorted....

However when it went down to £19.99 I snapped it up and after some problems with UK Mail I fianlly picked it up today. Ok I would rather its not pink but for the price and extras I couldn't say no. Thank you OP,couldnt resist at that price. I ordered one after speaking to someone on the chat thingy on the t mobile web site and they told me I could unlock it. But now its arrived they are saying they won't unlock it for me for 3 months. Does anyone have any experience of unlocking phones and know whether I should wait or try elsewhere? thank you x

Can anyone tell me how to save a photo as your wallpaper in the correct proportions please?

Everytime I have tried the picture that is saved has been cropped without me doing anything and the pic is massive.

If trying a close up pic I am only getting the eyes or nose as my wallpaper!
