    Marvin,
I think you'll find that nottseagull is simply saying that Familyfitz is looking for a specific stylus to fit the slot on the Pulse Mini. That slot is quite a specific shape - so, probably, "any HTC one" might not help - unless they fit the slot. Which they might of course - so maybe your link is the solution.

But the Pulse Mini is an odd little phone, and I don't think it's listed on the HTC site - though the stylus pics there look about right (but might not be). I thought it was made by Huawei (it's the Huawei U8110), not HTC (though possibly they're the same outfit - though I didn't think so?)

Sorry you are right I was making assumptions on whenever I look for Bits for it I always get pointed at HTC stuff and I know HTC leads work with the phone.
I started with nothing and I am proud to say I still have most of it left.

Yes, Zanderman, I was looking for an exact replacement to fit within the alloted space in the actual phone. I have emailed HTC so I guess we shall find out if it is made by them or not when they hopefully replay. If no joy I will then try Huawei as I am not sure if they are same company

    Thanks to all for suggestions.
If only I could stop finding good bargains on this site, I would save a fortune! :rotfl:

try ebay - there are loads of slyluses (styli ?) going for a few pence including p&p
Order a few different designs and you may be luck that one fits or can be modified to fit
They come from HongKong, etc - so a bit of a delay

Regarding problems with downloading from the market, I bought this phone for a friend and I had that problem too, the apps were not downloading. I managed to solve it by formatting the SD card (using the formatting option of the phone).

myfairlady how did you do this???? In settings it wont let me format my SD card, and i've tried Link2SD app and it says second partition not found??!!

    confused as always....:o

    Your point is?
In future I suggest you go back over the relevant posts if you can't understand something, instead of leaving it to the likes of Zanderman to spend time explaining it for you. I also note that your first thought after encountering a 'problem' was to ask for help here, instead of simply consulting the instruction manual....

Ok it has arrived no sign of a SD card or anywhere to place it. Has anyone any ideas on this?

And I suggest if you have nothing nice to say you say exactly that nothing.

    Zombie thread.... lol
  • I was happy with mine until the touch screen broken after 2 months & a very unhelpful t-mobile.
Now I think you pay for what you get as the quality was poor, the sound & reception were also poor.
    oh well
