I had the same a while back with T-Mobile when I bought 2 Nokias on the same day.
I did the same as you and re-ordered online using a different card.

I am off to phone them. It says on their website 'FREE DELIVERY AS STANDARD ON ALL ONLINE ORDERS'.

YEP DELIVERY SHOULD BE FREE, PHONE THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICES

They charged me for delivery too but I'll ring them tomorrow because I'm too busy playing.

LOL......the customer service credited me back a £1 when I asked her if she would transfer me to websales dept as me ringing them would cost me, as its 0845.

When I phoned websales the said I have not been charged delivery , its their system error that is why it says on despatch note.

How long did it take for your texts to come through after turning it on? I've had mine on for about an hour now but nothings happened yet.

They didn't come. I left it for a couple of hours then rang them using the number on their website. They said it can take up to 24hrs but she put it on for me.
