Are you downloading using the GPRS?

If you can, try using Wifi (you will have to put in your password etc if using your broadband router at home).

My daughter downloaded Angry Birds the GPRS way and I used Wifi, mine downloaded within a minute.

Huge thanks to the poster of this offer - I went from knowing nothing about Android to wanting one in about 10 mins ;-)

I placed my order last Friday, heard nothing so rang Tmobile on monday to find the web site is not a live system and so they were out of stock :-( but she checked and new stock had come in so she got one sent out to me and I had it on Tuesday. the phone box suspiciuosly had 2 void stickers in place (top one not voided, cant see the bottom one - so maybe a return???) which immediatly had me panicking when the sound stopped working today (see above, I sorted it out)

I have been using it on my wifi broadband at home and have turned off mobile data, and have been wasting most of my life playing angry birds and reading kindle books on it - as I am not a teenager I don't spend my life with my phone welded to my ear - but I love this bit of kit :0)

now I need a cover of some sort for it and a car charger - anyone have any tips on where to look?

Hi SB44 I have tried both and still no download :-(
Any other ideas? im dying to play with it!

The covers in Home Bargains fit it, just (I checked but did not buy one) and the phone is made by HTC so HTC chargers should work with it (I borrowed a charger from someone who had a HTC and it worked) althought it is a mico not mini usb so be careful over that.

Best place I find for Mobile bits (not a recommendation just the place I prefer to use) is mobile fun.

I trying download apps says my google account has no phone linked to it? How do u link is it through the 2 satge verification thing, what a pain in the a**e.

ps mine started playing up 2 so took battery and sim out = started to work

They have covers in Poundland.

They are a black leather effect front and back and the sides are red.

The phone just slides in, you have to remove it fully to use it though.

Hi all

Got this phone last week, famous last words but its the best baragin ever for me.

Battery is not great but downloaded juice defender which seems to be working well

One major gripe is the media sound. Its beyond awful. I thought it might be the earphones so changed them and the result was the same. The sound is so low, pointless listening to it in a tube or any place that has any outside noise

Does anyone have any ideads/apps they have downloaded that can somehow improve the sound
