Ive just done mine:
You have a Body Fat Percentage of 25.03%
And according to this: http://www.bmi-calculator.net/body-fat-calculator/body-fat-chart.php it is acceptable.
Don't know how accurate it is thoughSECRET TO WINNING PRIZES:

Does anyone know a free online website/tool that allows you to do this? I've seen many that chart weight loss/gain, but can't find any that chart body fat etc. I'd much rather chart body fat & muscle as this is a better indicator as your weight can remain the same/increase and u can still be losing fat (and gaining muscle).
Any help much appreciated!
i dont know of any that do body fat, my iphone app does thou0 -

One big, big factor in our lifestyles that has changed is the level of activity. We were all much, much more active as a matter of course. I walked 2 miles to school, had no snacks from midday school dinner and had my tea when I got home.
From memory though, we did seem to eat quite a lot of carbs, although not the highly-processed carbs available today. On Sundays, for instance, we had Yorkshire Puddings not on the plate with the meat etc, but as a separate course. YPs are really poor man's food. You eat Yorkshire Pudding and you don't want so much meat, so the meat will last longer and can be re-used in a different form.
My grandad used to grow potatoes, carrots, parsnips, all those carby veg. I grew up eating home-made bread, potatoes, cake on Sunday.
What has changed, as I see it, apart from the level of activity, is the availability of food simply everywhere, and the availability and expectation of snacks. We didn't eat or drink as we walked along or on the way home from school. We had 3 or 4 ounces of sweets a week. Even in the 20 years since I've lived here, instead of a post office we have a Chinese take-away, instead of another shop we have a Balti take-away, we have McDonald's less than a mile away, and of course there's the paper shop with sweets, drinks, you name it. It's not only a change in available food, it's a change in expectation. If I said to a child now 'That bar of chocolate is your 4 ounces for the week so don't eat it all at once' they'd look at me as if I was prehistoric.
We've also taken on American food habits. Food has to be in burger buns, eaten in the hand and not on a plate with a knife and fork. Same with sweet fizzy drinks like coca-cola.
i was never really that active even when i was bodybuilding 6 days a week
even now i sit on my !!! at home, drive to work and sit at an office, apart from the 2 runs and 2 weight / boxing sessions i do a week, active 4 hours a week, on me !!! the rest of the time :rotfl:
portion sizes where smaller in the past but also there wasn't a constant grazing on snacks to the extent that happens now, the worst part thou was when the low fat diet started to kick in, that's when the obesity epidemic really kicked off as people swapped healthy fat for processed sugars
its ironic that our own success as a species which has given us this massive abundance of cheap processed food is slowly killing us :rotfl:0 -

Matryoshka, thanks for the link, but I don't actually need to measure my body fat - I have some scales that measure fat, muscle etc. I meant is there some website/tool that will record them and maybe show it in a graph form, so it's easy to plot changes to your body composition.0

For the 5lb weight loss per month, do you simply post your weight loss achieved at the end of the month? Would this be a good challenge for me as I need to change my habits causing all my weight increase?0
