Hi all! I recently had some pics taken of my diving and I thought I'd make one of them into a 'before and after' (although I don't seem to have any pics of me at my absolute biggest, wonder why...! ;))

Hopefully this shows the benefits of my exercise regime. I'll leave it up for a little while and then remove it :).

On another note, I might have to get a new scale. I was checking out the scale today and realised that somehow it ended up getting messed up, so looks like the past few weigh ins may not necessarily have been as accurate as I had thought by as much as 1lb! I'm so miffed because I really liked this scale and if I get rid of it, I'll be going onto my 5th haha. All because my brothers and sisters think it's ok to just use it whenever they want, hence a lot of banging about. Dunno what to do now...

ADVICE NEEDED: Do I get a new scale, do i use the manual one or do I carry on using this one and concentrate on inches lost?

I would try them 5 times in a row and see if they read the same

If your not happy with them then its down to budget, I use omron body composition scales which are about as accurate as you can get with this type of technology, after all your weight is irrelevant, its your % body fat especially internal fat that's important

these have £72 off, still not cheap but superb value imo

Aplogies in advance but I'm not sure where to post as I didn't get any replies in the "Food" forum, so here goes.

I have just bought Weigth Watchers Original Bagels for the first time. Is there a knack to splitting them for toasting without them ending up in bits? Compared to New York Bagels or supermarket own brand these seem to not be deep enough to split without breaking

    No idea, never bought any.

No, I haven't been watching the wedding - what wedding? We've been out all day enjoying the countryside, having a picnic in a wildlife garden, that was after my swimming lesson this morning.

I've loved the royal wedding today. We had a buffet and i am right royally stuffed!! Its great to witness history being made for the UK, and what a glorious advert for England it was too.

Omg, what a coincidence! I just logged on to ask your opinion on which of the following scales are best:

    Number 1

    Number 2

    Number 3

And the link you've posted is number 2 of the links and is the one I wanted to get most :p, but wasn't sure about the other 2.

    Thanks x
