 Hi could I please join, trying to lose weight after having a baby last september.
At christmas I was 11st 11lbs, now 11st 3lbs, should be more, but between have had a sore neck and a horrible cold that seemed to go on forever.
I would like to get to 10st and increase my exercise.
Could I join in the challenge, I'm a northern lass too!

Hi all! I recently had some pics taken of my diving and I thought I'd make one of them into a 'before and after' (although I don't seem to have any pics of me at my absolute biggest, wonder why...! ;))

Hopefully this shows the benefits of my exercise regime. I'll leave it up for a little while and then remove it :).

    Have a great weekend :j

Well done. Even though it's not the same pose, the difference is visible and your figure is amazing!

Well done to all losers! :)

On another note, I might have to get a new scale. I was checking out the scale today and realised that somehow it ended up getting messed up, so looks like the past few weigh ins may not necessarily have been as accurate as I had thought by as much as 1lb! I'm so miffed because I really liked this scale and if I get rid of it, I'll be going onto my 5th haha. All because my brothers and sisters think it's ok to just use it whenever they want, hence a lot of banging about. Dunno what to do now...

ADVICE NEEDED: Do I get a new scale, do i use the manual one or do I carry on using this one and concentrate on inches lost?

I went to my first meeting tonight-so funny though if I dont look at her,I could easily mistake her for my sons teacher:rotfl:thankfully he and I get on very well so thats good.

There were two awards handed out.One girl got her first stone after 13 weeks-and another girl made goal so got her gold key. She'd been on ww for 17 weeks and had lost 37lbs!She was askd to talk about her journey and when a member asked her what one piece of advice she said "dont give up" and I burst into tears:o

Anyway, my starting weight (and Im only "saying out loud" because I need to) is 14st5lbs.

I was given a new file despite saying I had my one from just last November. She said I had to have a whole new start.Ive also managed to do 3 days in a row of steps on the wii fit-albeit a very slow half hour.I have cerebral palsy so exercising is not easy for me at all,but I am trying.
