  • I was just holding in to that small glimmer of hope Eric!

Anyway, back to plan B and tucking it all into my jeans then- well, after actually losing some fat rather than just dreaming and planning and reading and typing and ... any other procrastination I can find.

That is what I have to do with my belly ;) I have measured and I would be another clothes size smaller if I didn't have my tummy skirt.... but it is part of my past so I have to live with it. It is also a good reminder of not to go back there :D
I keep doing abdominal exercises in the hope that it will reduce further, and also keep drowning it in bio oil to reduce the stretch marks too.
But I am starting to get a little more daring with my wardrobe now but I will never ever show my tummy in public

Been to give blood this evening so going to have a little treat of strawberries and blueberries with a meringue nest to make me feel better. Have a good weekend everyone

  • Exercise = 10 mins jogging on the Wii fit! Not sure how "far" I went though! 3 sessions of hula hoop and 3 X 3 min sessions of boxing. It is interesting how few calories are used up by exercise though.
  • Hmm.... I worry about loose/saggy skin after weight loss. It took a long time for my tum to tighten up after my pregnancies, so I am hoping slow and steady weight loss will give it time to adjust. I am also going to have a read up of my aromatherapy book for essential oils and try to make some tummy toning oil. I am using Nivea firming lotion at the moment and bio oil.

Had a small sesh at the gym, just half hours cardio or so with the weights. I wanted to get back home in time for the F1!

I've had a major eating splurge this last week, so i'm back on it now. I think having the same breakfast and lunch every day wasn't varied enough which lead to the pig out :(
