Thanks Fred! Even though i don't weigh in, i like to read it all.
I think the 24 hour of exercise a month is good - but 24 hours isn't a lot is it? I do half of that amount biking to work and back, without the hours spent at the gym...0 -
Oops forgot to submit! Possibly too late but 1lb loss! And 21.7 miles over the week so much better than last week! Yay!0

Oh.. just missed the chart.
FS I would like to take part in the -5lb challenge again next month please.
I am happy with either climbing the mountain or the 24 hours of excercise - or maybe could combine both?
If we are doing west v east - I live in the west.
Thanks,
Jess0 -

Thank you Beanie. You'd think I'd have remembered having lost at last! Dang my busy head.
Polkadot, congratulations to you and DH. You're definitely going to have to get that driving test under your belt (while you can still do up the belt!) so life can be much easier for you with 3 children, and 2 very little ones at that. You're catching up with me fast in kiddie numbers.
Right, off to bed now.One day the clocks will stop, and time won't mean a thing

Congratulations World of Tights, Sary, and the Buckfast Beauties! :T
Thanks for the chart, Fred. Can you please put me down for the 5lb a month challenge, the East team, and whichever exercise challenge we end up doing.
I'm quite torn over them as I like the idea of adding different exercises, but I really loved doing the last mountain challenge as you could do it whenever you had a few spare minutes, so are just generally more active through the day rather than having to set aside a certain amount of time for exercise.0
