Yaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaayyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy! I've finally lost another pound! :j I've been hovering around a 14lb loss for a month, I kept putting some on, then losing it, etc, but could never get past that weight. Was getting quite fed up with it!
So it's a 1 lb loss this week.I better not put it back on next week!!!
Congratulations to everyone else who has lost this week!:T0 -

3lbs lost this week. This brings my total back to 9.4lbs lost in total. So I'm still 1lb heavier than I was 2 weeks ago before going on holiday, but my goal for this week is to shift that and get back under 10 stone.
Been reasonably good with food this week, although some nights I've had to focus on portion control rather than lack of carbs. Last night all I wanted was a curry, so I did a hm one with yoghurt rather than a takeaway or shop bought one, and only had a small portion of rice and no naan, and bulked it out with lots of veggies. Lunches have been a salad everyday (chicken, rocket, proscuitto, and a peach) and then an apple and some strawberries mid afternoon. Still skipping breakfast a bit though.
Really pleased that I picked up £30 of supermarket mystery shops for next week, so that will cover all our food and we can get some eggs and meat and milk out of that and have a pretty nice week.Debt January 1st 2018 £96,999.81Met NIM 23/06/2008

If taking the discs to your aunt's is too tricky then I reckon you should just do a bit of 'DIY' aerobics (or the bits of the insanity workout that you can remember from last week! - you could always make some notes of the exercises and take that with you) in her house every morning, then you can do the last week when you're home again and wont be out of practice.Lord girl, you're only 20!!!!!! Could you put me down for a 0.5lb loss please. Hardly seems worth bothering to register but it is a start on the long road! Plus I know I had a bad weekend of enforced snack eating!!
ETA - Good luck with the interview! Hope it goes really well for you!
And well done to everyone this week!
