Shame there is so many calories in it.
But then, I don't count calories :rotfl:
i switched over to the full fat one, it keeps me full for so long, i just reduced the rest of my lunch portion size to adjust the calories
i think it is my fav food, totally nom nom nom and it keeps me full for so long0 -

there super-sized versions of the ones you can buy, they should be pretty accurate mine claim to be +/- 2% and the bodpod confirmed this

You are doing what I deem proper running at that pace. What a great achievement. When I was 16stone (after my uni days) it would take me 45 mins to run the 5k, I would get overtaken by power walkers!
mine probably is as its a semi pro one its set at 2% incline to overcome the slight advantage you get from the belt
never tried a 5K for real so cant compare it lol, maybe ill risk my knees if i get to goal
watching BOLT atm on anytime, such a cute film lol0 -

So think I might just have to give august a miss
I know what you mean - I am missing it soooooo much I am going stir crazy
I agree stretching before and after running helps with this pain, I expect it is just your legs getting used to using muscles that are not normally usually used. It will become easier.
I'm glad you said this Trigirl as I feel running on the treadmill so much more hardwork I think it has something to do with the slight cadence outside and also the cool breeze that keeps you from overheating.
As I did my RFL 5km in 27 min would you class me as a runner too ??If so I would be chuffed to bits
Well done on all the big losses this week everyone :T
For what it is worth, yes I would! I think as soon as you start hitting under 30s for the 5k you can consider yourself a RUNNER!!!!0 -
