I will post the final chart for this challenge next week so keep posting results.
As it's holiday month for many people next month - next months challenge will be the "exotic holiday challenge".
If you want to join in post your exotic location you will be aiming for, and you can either calculate the travel time from London to your location, or as with Eurovision challenge measure the distance in miles/kms and divide it by 1000. Please let me know if you will be doing either travel time or distance and don't mix them.

1.5lbs off this week. I have been eating like a horse (no, not hay and grass!) too! But low carb food.0

I have had issues with food for many years. But recently I have used the 80/20 rule, eaten a small amount of chocolate, had a piece of cake, had a takeaway and remarkably for me I have stopped there and got back on track. Previously, I would have thought to myself "well I have blown my diet, I may as well eat more chocolate/cake/have a portion of chips. But I really hope that I have finally changed my mindset. But it is a very hard thing to do.0
