Well i'm sorry but the money won't be there and if i cancel my dd they will charge me £10. i told her my dd doesn't come out until the 1st ...well apparently they have changed it and yes they did inform me...errrr no they didn't! Not been with them before, but remember my experience with Onetel. Never again. Always wary now of companies that sell really cheap phone/broadband, as they tend to scrimp on customer service. I had months of frustration when I left them, for a bill I didn't owe. Made me dig my heels in, so was sorted out eventually. I will only stick with reputable companies now.

Hmm that happened to me about 11 yrs ago with NTL.. they damaged my credit rating chasing me for a bill that I didn't owe. Basically they continued to charge me after I had left them ...for 3 months ,only they didn't send any bills until the bills became threats!!!! I just don't trust any company these days tbh , I don't think good customer service exists anymore and am not sure who to go to for my phone. I just know that I hate talktalk and no longer want to pay them for a poor service:( They should not be allowed to treat their customers so badly.

    Good morning hun!
Why dont you ask kiddiwinks dad for a contribution today!!! ..I dont think its unreasonable given your situation! And I bet he has fags and beer in the fridge grrrrrrr!!! Mind you I know this will probably result in him having a paddy and using emotional blackmail to make you back down (which is his usual tactic) ...He is a !!!!!! for not helping you out financially and is in no position to call the shots , although he does try doesnt he! Just a £10 would help! But if you explain to him that you had to mend the car so you can pick the kids up (because he doesnt drive and wont bring them back!!!!) -so have no money left- will that help?? (sorry I know it probably wont matter a jot to him but maybe its worth a try).

Hugs (()) and have a good day x
