OMG :rotfl:Be Rite :rotfl: Told ya i wasn't with it :D

Have come round now, had a quick tidy just hoovering, ironing and dog to sort :) Pick kids up, tea ad then friends to sort out wedding cake and cupcakes

I've spoken to paylan and we are going to do an individual budget and payment plan, she did say we could stay as we are but i prefer to tackle my debt on my own. what will happen is this....she says!

    My individual debt is £2194.92

    Joint debt is £25899.53

What i would like to do is(not sure if its allowed on a DMP, will have to ask)

continue paying into DMP, but slash the buget they give me, stash the money, then get a settlement figure for my individual debt and then i will be able to pay more towards the huge joint debt. Hope that makes sense to you peeps and like i said i don't know if its allowed. At the moment the debt free date is 2045  I do not want this hanging over me until the day i die

LAM - thanks for decidedly dodgey :grouphug: which also makes me smile :D

Strength is slowly returning...i don't know why i let him get to me
As i said previously it shim that needs to grow up and take responsibility instead of blaming me for everything! 6 of 1 half a dozen of the other springs to mind!

:DGosh i feel like i've had my second LBM.....it feels gooooooooood :D

This is the road to total Independence for you hun..and well done for getting the ball rolling:T:T:T.
Your individual debt is not as terrible as first thought is it! (which is good news for a change!) :j.
The joint debt is far more complicated and hopefully you will get the answers you need soon x
Can I suggest that you book a free consultation with a solicitor once you have your figures sorted out so that you can tackle the issue of the small mortgage which your name needs removing from. As its not part of your dmp I know its a separate thing but you don't want it to come back and bite you on the bum! If he refuses to discuss the matter you dont really have any choice and need to protect yourself..otherwise all your hard debt busting work could go down the swanny:cool:

Once he realizes (ex) that you are not paying half his debts off for him anymore the !!!!!! may just hit the fan (well OK it is pretty much guaranteed!).

    Take care x

Good afternoon, Spike and Bertie

I've been really busy this morning, so not had a chance to log on. Had the washing machine engineer come to fix my machine. He's put some sort of industrial strength glue in it. Yes, my washing machine is being held together by glue. Apparently i can use it sparingly till next week, when he comes back with the parts. Been scrubbing carpets again, as my son has put bright pink lipgloss on it, and ground it in. Little :A:D.

Units all done too. Have a good one ladies.

What a fantastic sunny day it is here today! Just wish I had put my washer on this morning but never mind ...its on now, and will dry in my sauna like kitchen!
When the weather is like this it always makes me feel so much better and posative about things..it can be a bit gloomy up north!
Hope you are having a good day and have managed to enjoy the fine weather if you have it x
