    Evening

sun has been shining today but its still been cold!!!

I did not have a NSD today as i went to the hairdressers for the mop recurling  Ad i have to say I LOVE MY HAIRDRESSER :j She only charged me £22 for a perm and trim which lasts, now i don't know how i do this, approx 1 Year :rotfl:So together with my 8 or 12 weekly trim, which is only £11 for 3 of us :rotfl: athe trip for mops cutting has to be the most frugal thing i do :A

Did all my ironing this afternoon and put it all away :A

Took kids to local park, with bikes and mutt, they met up with some of their friends so we stayed for 2 hours :) and as usual i've been roped into a game of rugby and football :D Didn't get our tea until 7pm

Tomorrow i am going to parents to do some planting in the veggie patch .... if dad hasn't done it all :(

Kids break up tomorrow for 3 weeks  but i will be glad not to have to rush about, although when the chooks come.......

Sub i am confused (easily done:p) do your DCs live with you, having the both of them tomorrow' did it :o

Hope everyone else has had a good day :)

Morning folks. Got another day off, woohoo! He's never had them 2 nights before. I'm shocked.

Got another unit to build later, plus a pile of ironing, but its so nice to be able to please myself. I'm still not dressed yet. :o

    Have a good day!
  • Hi,

Im quite new to this so we'll see how it goes.

I used to smoke and used the champix tablets to help me quit, within 3days i couldnt stand the smell of the cigarettes, let alone try and smoke one and so far it will be 3yrs 'clean' in June :j. I didnt have any side effects with the tables and im so pleased that i kicked the habit.

You sound like you are really trying and u will eventually get all sorted with the ex.

Good luck, and i will keep reading to see how you get on.

They both live with me, and their father works away 50% of the year, so I was thrilled for him to have them overnight for 2 days,I had nearly three full days to please myself. He's going to start having them more, so I have more me time. I didn't get much done, just chilled out, revelling in the freedom. :T

Got another flatpack to build, and some stuff to sort, and store away today. Have a nice day folks! :)

    Morning Peeps

Monday - friend came for the day from where we used to live, one of her sons is DSs best friend, we had a lovely day :D

And then after tea the kids were awful  sometimes i wonder why i bother trying to do nice things with them  Consequently they were in bed at 8pm no story, no bat watch

Tuesday - must have hit home because they were lovely :D Rang Bertie in the afternoon, we seem to have crossed wires so we ahve sorted our selves out :rotfl:Think we have both been feeling a bit out of sorts, so i invited her and kids to come for river/canal bank walk :D Realy enjoyed it.....its nice to have some adult conversation :)

Kids have said they want a BBQ on sunday and Bertie has invited herself and kids, i'm letting them join us so the costs will be split :rotfl:

We have also arranged to go to Yorkshire Sculpture Park next Tuesday, its free apart form he parking, we will be a taking a picnic so minimal costs and the DCs have been banned from entering the most expensive gift shop in Yorkshire :D

Homemade bagel (reduced 35p) pizza last night, we all made our own and i can report that they were scrummy, could have done with some HM wedges to fill us up a bit more tho x

Gotta play mario cart now

    Enjoy the golden orb :D
