Really! ive got about half a dozen puffl simcards that i never use any more in a drawer somewhere they switched to paperless billing last year i think, but until then i kept getting loads of bills each month for £0.00Have a search of these forums for PUFL if you want to read of other peoples experiences with this amazing tarriff!

The main thing to remember is that mobile phone companies use a different dictionary to the rest of us. Their "for life" means the same as "unlimited".0

Many of us have been getting a new phone (free) every 12 months for several years now - although it seems recently not to be working for some people.
Anytime I've tried to do that they say no. Also I would worry about them moving me onto another contract without my knowledge, as O2 are very keen to move people off these PUFL contracts - illegally!0
