Looks like we're both madly typing at once

And it looks like as you say, the thing varied a bit during its life.

I hold a contract in each plan, namely 1) 200 Off Peak and 2) 50 Anytime minutes. Do you think it would be possible to apply for a change to the service in one or both - triggering a denial - triggering a complaint - triggering a compensation payment? The inclusive minutes continue to provide a significant value in airtime, and I would not wish to prejudice this asset.
  • I am not insulting you I'm just exasperated as to why you question me as to why I should prove the breach of contract to you. It dosen't matter I've done that to OTELO. There is a breach of contract.

    LOOK THROUGH YOU CONTRACT.

Does it say you may change between calling plans once a month for life.....?????????

    IF SO?

    SIMPLE!

    YOU ARE DUE COMPENSATION!

    Simple as.......

No that is EXTREMLY interesting and proves O2 are lying to OTELO

Perhaps we need to exchange details about this

In posts 5 and 9 I and Millie asked if the compensation was due to them refusing to switch; it's taken some time for you to explain this clearly.

It's up to you if you wish to suggest that O2 are deliberately lying, but I think the issue is blurred by the fact that we now seem to have discovered variations in the deal through its life, which they probably don't have anybody to remember.

The continued existence of either option (I can't imagine anybody having 50 text messages a month thinking they've still got a bargain!) doesn't mean that they are lying, when in their view they are saying it is an option no longer available.

Thefirs, they might get a bit cynical if you try and swap each to the other, and it may be there's room for extra confusion whether it was or wasn't possible in the first place
  • Sorry m8 ,andy88, still think you got some hidden agenda!

How can they o2 tell me, and OTELO that the options no longer, they clearly do........and they have no right to deny my acces to them.

Perhaps you can think of more/ better ways to defend O2.

Also add on optional packages of 50 txts/month and or 20 cross network mins for an additional monthly charge. To be added for a min 1 month at a time and opted in out 1month for life.
If it's not adding insult to injury can I ask about the cost of these bolt-on options? I reckon I'll ask about the X-net and see what they say.
  • 50 txts /month for £2.99 is not a bad deal.

Nor is £4.99 for 20 cross network mins/month

If you add it to the call allowance of the 200mins or 50mins and you have a quite acceptable low/moderate user package that is practically unbeatable still today.

And most importantly for life unlike the 12 month offers currently available.

Your dispute with them is that they wrongly blocked your option to switch.

They may have said, as you claim, that the switch option never existed.
They have not said that 50 minutes never existed, only that they won't switch you. So the existence of 50 minute deals for me and thefirs does not constitute evidence of perjury.

You need to separate the 2 issues. If you go to any proceedings and falsely accuse them of such misconduct, you'll dig yourself a hole.
