Check with your local court, they can offer advice upto a point ( providing its not legal advice ). They will have the current forms, any updates and current costs.

If you're on benefits , some court costs for family matters can be free.

If you cannot afford legal advice or dont qualify for legal aid, then go over to this website for some help / advice before you start !

Yes, the Court made the order in the best interests of the children and you must ask the Court to enforce that Decision.
To do that they may need to do a search.

    Good luck.:)

But surely the point is, he shouldn't have to do a search!!!! If he is paying via CSA, then they would have her new address, and if there is a court order for contact, then the CSA should be made to divulge the information!!!

Then that would be up to the court to approach the CSA, you can't just let anyone phone the CSA and say I have a court order and I demand you tell me where the PWC is.

No, I appreciate that DX2, that is what I meant (worded badly:o) The court should make the CSA give the NRP the address. They must have the power surely???
