Check with your local court, they can offer advice upto a point ( providing its not legal advice ). They will have the current forms, any updates and current costs.
If you're on benefits , some court costs for family matters can be free.
If you cannot afford legal advice or dont qualify for legal aid, then go over to this website for some help / advice before you start !

Yes, the Court made the order in the best interests of the children and you must ask the Court to enforce that Decision.
To do that they may need to do a search.

But surely the point is, he shouldn't have to do a search!!!! If he is paying via CSA, then they would have her new address, and if there is a court order for contact, then the CSA should be made to divulge the information!!!0 -

No, I appreciate that DX2, that is what I meant (worded badly:o) The court should make the CSA give the NRP the address. They must have the power surely???0
