Yes and lots more, I managed to get a SAR from Google that confirmed PWCs brother (or his internet connection) has been making extensive searches on me by my full name and sometimes, DOB over a period of about five years.

Google.co.uk logs every search query made to its engine
So if the PWC is hiding from you why would her or her brother be doing extensive google searches on you? If she is ailenating the children from you again why would she or their uncle be doing google searches for you?

I only posted it only two days ago. Before that I have extensively researched the problem, from Police, Social Services, CAB and much more, but none of them, not even a free solicitors consultation came up with the Search and Find Order and the fee recovery procedure.
Just seems strange that you chose a money saving forum, rather than somewhere like F4J or FNF, wouldn't you say?

I find this a mystery, to add it, he has since vehemently denied it. I do know he has done strange things like this before. My employer got strenge calls, witheld-number hang-ups. He (then employer) contacted police and linked it to him. Police questioned him under caution and he denied it but when presented with the evidence he goofed by saying he has the number in speed dial and accidentally call them and hung up when the phone was answered. He was cautioned.

Who is F4 and FNF. This is my first internet enquiry and it was none other than google that pointed me to a thread in this forum which is why I made the enquiry.

This forum delivered the answer I was looking for so I call that a result. I sense an air of resentment from you given your style of your contribution.

OP I would like to wish you luck in locating your children after getting some very useful advice on this forum. I think any man who pays to support his kids and wishes to be an active part of their upbringing should be admired. Too many men walk away from their responsibilities and kids grow up without a parent who they could really benefit from having in their lives.

You are absolutely right, I cant agree more.

With hindsight, and by contributors input, I am really beginning to think her motive for doing this was financial. All this private detective stuff from PWCs brother is to find out if I am earning more than I declared to the CSA. It all seems to fit.

If I was earning more then I would tell them. We dont have a problem with money.

To be fair if a 14 year old wanted you to know where they were they would tell you, teenagers are known for expressing their own opinions. If you create a load of hassle now it could mess up their school life and damage their future.

Its noted, I do know I have been denigrated by the PWC and many have said to me over and over again they will come looking for me one day.

Its not my intention to create hassle, I want them to know I am here for them.

    I disagree.

I can't remember if the OP said how long it was since he had last seen his children, but for argument's sake let's say it is 8 years since he last saw them. That would make the kids 5/6 when they last knew of their dad. By the sounds of it, the PWC has moved the children out of the area. The OP has no idea where his children are, and at any age between 5/6 (in my example) and 14 they would not have been able to find out themselves where their dad lived or how to phone him if no one in the PWCs family was willing to tell them. They will have no doubt spent the last however many years being told their dad doesn't love them, doesn't want anything to do with them etc. and that weighs heavily on a child's mind, I'm sure.

For all we know, they might very well be starting to get curious about who their dad is, where he is, etc. but they may not even know his full name if the PWC has witheld all information. Up until now, they haven't been given a choice in whether they want to be distanced from their father. The older they get, the more naturally curious they will become about where they have come from. This is why I can't understand PWCs who do this to their children. It will backfire in the end, and then they will resent the PWC for all the years of being deprived of a loving father.

Yes, if he suddenly finds them and comes back into their lives, it will 'rock the boat' and cause some short term emotional upheaval whilst the children get to know their father again and his new family, but for the long term good, surely?

My information is very old, and not even sure they are still together, she has has plenty of boyfriends, often more than one concurrently. He was in the Met. so a lot of police stations to trawl over. I dont think he would cooperate with me anyway since she colluded with him to have me arrested under false pretences.

What were you arrested for ?

If the pwc has poisoned their minds or lied in other ways i.e saying their father is dead or in prison-they would not look for him.
I just hope he finds them and can re-establish the father/ child bond with them. xx
