Do you know if they are still living in the same area? I would find out which Local Education Authority covered the last known school and contact them. They will surely know a) which other school they have transferred to or b) which other LEA they have transferred to if they have moved out of the area as they have to keep a record of who is in school. At least if you know which school they are at, it's a start, although they probably can't give you their address.

There is no reason whatsoever to withold information from the NRP unless there is a history of violence or any risk of danger to a child-and if he has a contact order it's highy unlikely that the courts think he poses any risk.

    That fits!

I was accused of violence, but the police realised it was a farce because the date and time of the alleged violence did not correlate to me being anywhere near the house (was at work - driving a skip truck on a tacho etc) and her previous numerous comoplaints to police of the same when witnesses were able to contradict her claims.

I can now see why I was constantly pestered by police, - her boyfriend is a cop and she must have known it would have blocked all contact.

Also, provide as many details to the LEA as you can such as mothers full name, previous schools, previous addresses etc. in case the PWC has changed their names without your knowledge. You aren't supposed to be able to do it without permission from everyone with PR, but they might be using other surnames day-to-day in a non-official way, for example if the PWC has remarried.

Have you tried looking on 192.com to try and locate your ex..

Tried all that, and google images etc,, I even tried to hire a detective, but she didnt want the work.

A SAR on Google london offices revealed she (or her brother - his internet connection) has been entering my's full name into google on a regular basis since 2005.

    They said they "cannot intervene"

Did you ask if they had any information or did you voice your concerns for the welfare of your children?

Ring them back again and explain you are very concerned for their welfare as they seem to have disappeared from the face of the earth.

Go to the police and report them missing - worth a try?

Have you moved since your last contact with them?

Could the mother have had an order placed and due to you moving house you haven't received this information?

When did you first lose contact with them and how?

There has to be some reason why the mother is behaving in such a way.

I know it's a long shot but have you tried facebook to see if your children are on there? you may need to have help from a friend to check because if she's as clued up as you think then she will have blocked your name from being able to find their profiles-or maybe you could use your own name but shorten it or something. hth

Have you yourself moved in the last four-five years since seeing your children? If she was to go to court for a new order, would you not receive notification of the pending court date in the mail? But, if you have moved - did she have your new address for any notifications to go to? (Just thinking this 'cos now you've brought up the allegations she has made in the past).

If her boyfriend is police officer - which force is he with? One avenue you could possibly explore is finding out where he is stationed, and getting in touch with his commanding officer with evidence of your parental responsibility - and stating how both HE and your ex have skipped off WITH YOUR CHILDREN. I do think that the CO would have a word with his staffmember......
