My daughter ordered the bridesmaid dresses to day. Still deciding on flowers.
How is everyone else doing?

My other half now has her wedding dress ordered and managed to get her shoes at the same time.

We're in the process of sorting the suits and bridesmaid dresses as we speak, difficult getting the two that match.

More exciting developments is that we had some taster cakes from a local lady which were delicious so we think we've got that sorted too. Might have to try another batch to make sure but I think we're on to a winner

My daughter has just gone home after staying a week. Her fianc! is in the army so he and two ushers will be wearing uniform but they want to hire 4 tails etc for the rest of the party.
Just waiting for when he is back to decide which waistcoats he prefers. Booked a DJ yesterday and still need to decide cake and flowers.
How are you doing with the invitations?

So, had been having second thoughts on wedding dress, but luckily managed to swap to another dress, which I absolutely love! They said it wouldn't be in until about March though!! Had meeting with caterer and picking up save the dates on Sunday. All coming together, nearly 6 moths to go, coming round fast!!

Well,Wednesday, my daughter booked the cake, today booked the flowers and on way to hire suits now.
They also bought the rings earlier in the week.

The invitations have all been made and starting to go out.

Just the hair and makeup to book.

I have to get my Mother of the bride outfit which actually scares me!

I've booked a provisional date of 11th May, hoping they can fulfil my hopes and wishes for the day! i'm very excited! Their bridal suite is called the Charlotte suite - guess what my name is! you got it!! i took it as a sign! Just waiting to hear back on prices of things and cans and cant's

I collect my dress on Saturday and once it is home there will only be 168 sleeps till I wear it for the day

Yesterday me and my Fiance booked our wedding venue, so we are now getting married May 11th 2013!! so far we have nothing done!
i'm not even sure where to start. I know the colour scheme, i know what table decorations I want, and i know what favours i'm giving too.
Next i'm sure we'll need to do the invites?
what should i be doing now?!
