I remember in my long lurking days reading about some amazing escapades with the 'get it for free if we overcharge' promotion (IIRC one poster claimed to have bagged 10 free Xbox 360s in a matter of days) and that lasted several years, didn't it?

If we are being honest when have Ts ever bothered about their own rules, the big blue board at cs which says "and if things dont add up". How many times do they give DTD without an argument, often leaving customers feeling like thieves, when all they are doing is taking them up on a very good offer of their own making. Again ill say i hope this promotion dosent get abused meaning it is withdrawn

Legal action? haha these are tescos own t&cs not the geneva convention.

And exactly why do they bother running this promotion? To give you free £100 worth of goods? Really? Is that the only purpose of this promotion?

No, there is no such thing as free lunch. They are running this promotion to send advertising message out to the general public that their prices are lower than ASDA's. And clearly their prices aren't lower since people are claiming £££.

But isnt that the staff not mr. t? im sure if you had a problem and took it up with Phillip then he would sort it AND the store for wasting his time!

Agreed.

You don't sign any contracts. Their T&C's don't even say "By submitting this voucher to Tesco you agree to obey to T&C's".
