Heres another senarioi t says £100 per household in the T&Cs, but it only says the voucher cannot be sold or used for publication, it doesnt say its non transferable, so whats to stop someone giving it to their parents who live at a different address for example

What im saying is if ive reached my £100 limit, for the month, i then give the voucher to my parents, why is that dumb??????
  • I now have a conundrum....

I have bought wine, some of which will be used as gifts but I'm going to need bottle bags. The problem is I feel that there is something wrong with spending more on a bottle bag than the actual bottle itself! Any ideas welcomed...

Pepsi 2l in the list above £2.50 / £1 has this changed price? It was £1.79 at Tesco to Asda's £1, can't see a 2L bottle being £2.50.

Because you should have inputted their details, their email address etc, for the receipt you had.

You should not use your personal details incase they do tighten up on this and then they would just laugh in your face. I wonder how many other people would try the 'i gave my voucher to so and so, honest' expecting to get another voucher because they had reched their limit! ;)

Rubbish, point me in the direction of a law that says if you breach their terms you're committing a crime absolute cobblers. WORST case scenario they could go for a private prosecution and even then unless you'd spanked them for 1000's it'd not be worth it. Any judge would look at it and ask tesco why they didn't enforce their own rules at the checkout, after that point providing the voucher is valid there's not a damn thing they can do.

You took the goods to checkout
    They gave you a price
You made an offer to pay
    They accepted

    End of

You could also be shopping for someone else with a gift of your DTD voucher I would think

But if you said somebody had access to your email account they have to know your address and password, if you did the same to your bank when you say that youve had fraud committed on your account they would do nothing because somebody else has you pin (in this case, your password!)

But you dont actually need the email password, just input your receipt details a few days later and your results will appear?

    good night everyone.

let's hope the price check website will work tomorrow as i want to update my spreadsheet (it is far easier to use this website rather than the tesco and asda grocery sites for compiling info).
