    To be fair, I thought that the comment was rather offensive too.

    Just wondered if anyone else gives to charity , we have local charity that gives out food parcels so I got some cereals which got DTD on so no cost to me but helping others who can't afford food let alone internet to be able to claim DTD just food for thought

    I did this with toiletries a couple of years ago, when there were those health and beauty vouchers. I just sent it all to the local refuge.

    Just spent an hour compiling this list, comparing Tesco.com to ASDA's shopping site (Tesco prices on the left, ASDA on the right - where it says 'BUY TWO' in brackets, this indicates there is an offer on at ASDA but not at Tesco, so buying two increases the DTD benefit):

    <snip>
    £2.90 / 88p
    Duracell Plus AAA Batteries (4)

    £3.32 / £1
    Vaseline Aloe Fresh Moisturising Body Gel (200ml)
    <snip>

    Thanks for the list.
    Checked only two items on your list, the Aloe Vera Gel is £3 at Asda

    Didn't see any AAA Duracell for 88p, can only assume website was updated since you compiled the list.

    You can access the voucher on the Tesco site, just by inputting the receipt details, once it has been submitted to Tesco. You have no need to access your email again.

    So how would you have the receipt if you were not the one that purchased it?

    And before you say that you mat have dropped it, then you have no claim, no receipt, no proof!

    would like to say a big thank you to all those that have posted lists and answered questions as a newbie this has helped me lots and i'm very grateful ....have to say i was nervous about posting on here for first time think it was thursday because of how people jump on your for having an opinion or saying something thats not related to topic and the last few pages well 10 at least have made me feel like not commenting again (i have kept this very polite for me trust me lol ) on that note good night every one play nice

    You shoud not feel like you cannot comment, everyone has their opinion and are entitled to it, and i have to say for every person that thinks a queston is daft there will be 10 that would like to help you find the answer!
  • I have actually used my allocated £100 for the month, and am now (on the same email address) about £40 into shopping for my grandma. She doesn't do email as shes 73, and I didn't see the point in making an email account for her for this, when it says £100 per month PER HOUSEHOLD not per email. If they wanted to check CCTV or whatever they would see I have a little, really old, lady with me on her shops. However its my email and my club card. Not been stopped so far.

    Just watch out, if they do start enforcing the rule, you may have to set up an account for her :(

    What happens if the prices are changed (at Asda or Tesco) between the time you've made your list at home and when you do the shop?
