I was just making the point that you woud NOT be able to say somebody else used your email address!
All i am saying is, be careful. Yes tesco would pull the promo before taking serious lega acton against anyone, but then nobody has the promotion! Dont shoot yourselves (and everybody else) in the foot for a few quid!!0 -

Poundland do 2 bottle bags for a £1! Even cheaper would be to recycle one you have been given. All else failing, use the brown paper you get in Ikea to wrap your china and tie a ribbon round it!;)0 -
Where does it say that? You don't even have to acknowlege that their T&C's exist. They just keep sending you vouchers, and you are just happy to receive them.
If you apply contract law to this promotion, once they accept your offer to purchase goods at checkout with your money and vouchers, and give you a receipt the contract is finalised - the goods are yours.
So they wrote them for your health?! FGS at the end of the day, anything you enter into you are agreeing to the T&Cs whether you sign something or not! So yes you do need to abide by them! Should you decide to go over your £100 limit then so be it, but you risk it for everyone else and thats just selfish!0 -

I think they're 3 for £1 at B&M.
I just use wrapping paper, and concertina it at the top, making a fan, and finish it off with ribbon. It can make a cheap bottle of wine look VERY expensive!!0 -

Love this idea0 -
No-one is going to be prosecuted for anything as nobody is doing anything wrong.
Tesco's decided to run the promotion and if they are not either the same price or cheaper than Asda then its their problem.
Besides that can you imagine what it would look like for Tesco's if they did try and prosecuted anyone. The rivals would have a field day and so would the national media, it would be corporate suicide.0 -
I dont condone going over the £100 limit, because as rightly pointed out this offer will get pulled for everyone, but i wouldnt of thought they could trace you through the vouchers, whats to say your email address asnt been used by someone else for example, and what could they prosecute you for??? Surely the onus is on the shop staff on the tills to say the till is showing youve reached your limit. Imnot sure but if the bar codes are all the same the only way they could get you is through you club card, credit card
What are the chances that they have your email address, password and receipt though :rotfl:Comping wishlist for 2017

Hi ,im on my 4th voucher , but instead of looking through the other thread for bargins which there is alot of discussion , i thought it would be good , if after a shop everyone could put the prices and difference , then the individul would still check both sites to make sure it is correct , and you could also post which ones expire , but if we could keep this thread as prices only and no discussion , i think it would help alot of people and save time , anyway heres mine from today .
