I think they're 3 for £1 at B&M.

I just use wrapping paper, and concertina it at the top, making a fan, and finish it off with ribbon. It can make a cheap bottle of wine look VERY expensive!!

No-one is going to be prosecuted for anything as nobody is doing anything wrong.

Tesco's decided to run the promotion and if they are not either the same price or cheaper than Asda then its their problem.

Besides that can you imagine what it would look like for Tesco's if they did try and prosecuted anyone. The rivals would have a field day and so would the national media, it would be corporate suicide.

Not if said person was abusing the system! Its one way they can wriggle out of it
any other way and they wil be a laughingstock!
