I agree with this.

But I would also like to add to that. I think the store staff are being informed on the T&Cs Some people here have said that their Tesco staff knew nothing about it. That is just stupid!

I remember when The Body Shop had their £5 voucher promotion last year, no minimum spend, and the staff were ready for us, including sales pitch when they saw you going to the till with the voucher and an item for £5........ 'would you like to buy something else' errrrr no thank you! They had the knack of making you feel so insignificant and wrong for only using the voucher! lol

Thanks.

I bought cucumber and potatoes yesterday in my 'normal shop' not realising these were included. Oh well, I will remember for next time!

I did a shop on Thursday at 9:30am...entered the reciept at 11.30 on Thursday.

I still haven't had my confirmation email/ voucher through yet (8:30am)

Is this normal?

Alot of people are having the same problem atm, nobody got any vouchers yesterday/this morning

Have been e-mailing tesco cstomer service all week, bought 6 air freshners, on asda £5 on tesco £10.21 (also on their price check site) did screen shots, all of which were e-mailed to them. Got a further response yesterday from them, that the price check is a price comparison and that you need to enter your receipt for a price check.

So they are not accepting screen shots, as if they were I would have had a voucher for £62 plus. Air freshners will be going back to tesco.

Still showing as £25 for me, make sure you are looking at the price per kg not the pack price.
