Well there will be somebody auditing the promotion, so ok the checkout staff havn't a clue, but tescos are not in the dark about what vouchers are being sent out, and im damn sure they know that vouchers of over the £100 limit have been claimed and used!

I think people should stop over reacting there is no way they will have pulled this offer.

Totally agree! Have you seen all the marketing in store for this promo? Mr T will have egg on his face if it's pulled :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

Again, i do not think the offer has been pulled, i think the price checker website itself has been pulled so you cannot check the items before you shop ;)
  • Good Morning.
Still no pricechecker, going to be cheeky, if anyone is going to Asda this morning to check on any prices can you confirm the price of Iams - Adult dog - 3 kgs and Iams cat - 1 kg not furball.
I refuse to sit here all day today at my computer as it is such a nice morning.
P.S. I have only done one shop just to dip my toe and I am still waiting for my voucher, I wish I had done it sooner. No Baileys for me.

The 36 hour wait time is up and still no voucher.
there is nothing on tesco to say that they are haveing problems and when I re-entered my details I got this message
"Thanks for entering your receipt details.
This receipt is already being processed, and you should receive your email soon so that you can view your results and see your shop compared to ASDA."
will check my email and tesco site just before 9 then call them and say "Where is my voucher!"

true... maybe they have put the promotion on hold while they come up with a new system to ensure people cant go over the limit. people have a right to choose not to get bogof's, and they should have the right to see for themselves whats on the pricechecker, even if its only available to view after your shop. damn it, im getting very impatient now! i want my voucher, i will do my final shop with them, and go back to asda. some of the promotions ive 'abused' in the past have worked in the strores favour as ive spent money since then in the store and am now a returning customer. i will not be returning to tesco, unless there is some sort glitch/mega sale on lol

If tesco are doing anything I suspect I it is something to do with enforcing the 100 per household limit. For example a flash when a receipt using a voucher is entered into the price checker site.

However it may just be they are having technical issues, don't let this thread fool you the amount of people "abusing" this offer is microscopic.

BTW, DD and I have just enjoyed breakfast on tesco hehe, DD had coco pops (from the variety pack) and I had oatibix bitsize, and from those two items we are 48p up lol (provided i get my sodding voucher!)

It may be microscopic, but Mr T had it in the T&Cs for a reason! so yes they probably are going to enforce the £100 limit, in whatever way they choose. (i would think maybe just having an automatic £100 voucher if the price checker comes back with a DTD amount for higher)

But don't forget, they will know we have been using the price checker to take full advantage of this offer, and there is nothing to state they have to have in up in full view before you have comleted your shop. Therefore i say Mr T has pulled it so we can no longer do as we have all been doing. afterall if we had all been shopping 'normally' then our vouchers would be pretty much nothing if not nothing!

T's are still making a killing on this. People ( on here ) have temporarily stopped shopping at A's because of it. People have picked up other items and shopped whilst they are there. They wont lose anything on this.
I can't be bothered updating this anymore
