Does this mean that myself and other insomniacs will have one less person to post to lol

Glad it worked out for you, loads of needless stress and worry.... Best thing though is that you now know that your boss really is a good guy :)

Yes its lots of sleep for me tonight at last :T
sorry to drop out of the night owls class but my sanity needs me to get some sleep.
im going to open a nice bottle tonight and enjoy it with a clear conscience.
Not just that im having a lie-in in the morning as im doing some work at home tonight.
I feel like i did the day i walked out of the court as a bankrupt.
It feels like my life is beginning all over again :)
i hope this story gives inspiration and helps anyone who is worried about being in a similar situation as i was

you lot are going to be so proud of me :)
ive come clean on everything and said "if you want to get rid of me then i can understand that" to which my boss laughed and said i dont think theres any need for that.
i think i will sleep better tonight as i now am 100% sure that being a bankrupt isnt a bad thing at all.
    thanks for everyones advice.
i couldnt have done this without you :) :T

Although this is an old thread I thought I'd add a comment for anyone searching though old threads for any answer. I think the general answer to the question of will I get accepted for a corporate card is yes. I was discharged about 9 months ago and last month my company applied for a corporate credit card for me (mastercard issued through RBS), I had to fill in the application forms with my home address, etc and provide copy of passport, bills, etc. I didn't really want to bring up the BR issue, so I said nothing and just prayed it would get approved and thats exactly what happened.
